This is sheer brilliance. Turkey, duck and chicken rolled into one. You will need one breast if each meat for this meat lovers dish.
Bash the chicken breast and the duck to the same thickness, about 1.5cm. Make up a ready made stuffing and make a sausage shape of it. Add a length to the end of your chicken breast and roll it up. Then, roll up the chicken and stuffing mix with the duck. Now, make a pocket of the turkey breast and put in the fridge for a few hours.
Drizzle with oil and put in a 220C oven for 25 minutes, before lowering the temperature to 100C for a further 2-2.5 hours.
Simply serve with roast potatoes and greens and why not try with our mulled wine sauce?
